ULTRA-PRECISION VOLTAGE DIVIDERS IN A SOT23 KEEP DRIFT TO 3ppm/°C
SUNNYVALE, CA-November 25, 2003-Maxim Integrated Products (NASDAQ: MXIM) introduces the MAX5490/MAX5491/MAX5492 precision voltage-dividers with ultra-low temperature drift and two highly stable thin-film resistors in a 3-pin SOT23 package. These ultra-precision voltage dividers guarantee initial ratio accuracy of less than 0.035% and 3ppm/°C (typ) drift over -40°C to +85°C. The devices are ideal for low-drift gain/attenuation circuits where output accuracy is essential. To enhance device and system robustness, the MAX5490*/MAX5491/MAX5492* include ±2kV Human Body Model ESD protection.
Ten standard resistor ratios with end-to-end resistances of 10kΩ, 30kΩ, or 100kΩ are available. Custom ratios are also available upon request. The MAX5490/MAX5491/MAX5492 accept continuous-working voltages up to 50V. Prices start at $0.67 (1000-up, C-grade, FOB USA).
