SINGLE AND DUAL 2.0GHz "ANYTHING"-TO-LVPECL/LVDS TRANSLATORS

(NASDAQ: MXIM) introduces the MAX9375/MAX9376 single- and dual-channel "Anything"-to-LVPECL translators. On the MAX9376 dual translator, one channel is "Anything"-to-LVDS and the second channel is "Anything"-to-LVPECL. The "Anything"-input configuration of the MAX9375/MAX9376 accepts LVPECL, LVDS, CML, and HSTL differential signal levels as low as 100mV. The LVDS outputs conform to the ANSI TIA/EIA-644 LVDS standard.
The 2.0GHz (min) fMAX with inherent low-jitter (2.0ps(RMS) max) and low-pulse skew (30ps max) make these devices ideal for clock and data distribution in central office switches, networking switches and routers, and SONET/SDH communication applications where signal and clock integrity is critical.
These devices operate from a +3.3V ±10% supply and are specified over the extended -40°C to +85°C temperature range. The MAX9375 is packaged in an 8-pin µMAX and the MAX9376 is packaged in a 10-pin µMAX. Refer to MAX9375/MAX9376 data sheet for package outline.
