INDUSTRY'S MOST STABLE SCSI TERMINATOR

DALLAS, TX-April 17, 2003-Dallas Semiconductor (NASDAQ: MXIM) introduces the DS2125 low-voltage differential (LVD)/single-ended (SE) SCSI terminator, fully compliant with SCSI SPI-3, SPI-4, Ultra160, and Ultra320 specifications.

The zero-temperature-coefficient resistor networks in the DS2125 are laser trimmed to better than 5% accuracy. The temperature stability of the resistor networks ensures the resistance stays within tolerance over the operating temperature range.

The DS2125 automatically changes modes and disconnects from the bus when it senses a high-voltage-differential bus master and connects to the bus when it detects an LVD/SE bus master. A built-in mode-change delay prevents erroneous mode changes caused by glitches or short pulses on the DIFF_CAP pin.

The DS2125 is available in a 48-pin LQFP package. Prices start at $2.47 (1000-up, FOB USA).
