SUNNYVALE, CA-November 10, 1999-Maxim Integrated Products introduces the MAX4268/MAX4269/MAX4270 single-supply, 300MHz, low-distortion op amps. The combined features of single-supply operation, wide bandwidth, low -90dBc SFDR (at 5MHz), 8nV per root-Hz noise, and fast 15ns 0.1% settling time make these op amps ideal for a variety of high-speed single-supply ADC preamp/driver applications for communications and instrumentation.
These amplifiers operate from a single +4.5V to +5.5V supply or from dual supplies of ±2.25V to ±2.75V. They have a full-power bandwidth of 200MHz, a slew rate of 900V/µs, and an output current drive of ±45mA. In addition, these amplifiers have a low-power disable mode that reduces supply current to 1.6mA and places the outputs in a high-impedance state, making them ideal for multiplexing applications.
