SOT23 MICROPOWER RAIL-TO-RAIL I/O OP AMP DRIVES 2nF CAPACITIVE LOADS
SUNNYVALE, CA-February 27, 2002-Maxim Integrated Products introduces the MAX4091/MAX4092/MAX4094, single/dual/quad amplifiers offering low-power (130µA typical) single-supply operation, Beyond-the-Rail® inputs, and Rail-to-Rail outputs. The MAX4091 fits into the space-saving 5-pin SOT23 package (3mm x 3mm). These parts offer 500kHz GBWP and can drive 2nF loads, ensuring system stability and accuracy. Input offset voltage is only 3.5mV over the -40°C to +125°C automotive temperature range, minimizing parametric drift over a wide range of temperatures and making these op amps ideal for automotive and industrial applications. In addition, these op amps feature a low-input noise voltage density of 25nV per root-Hz and a THD of 0.003%, making them well suited for audio applications in portable devices.
These op amps operate from a 2.7V to 6V single supply. The single MAX4091 comes in the small SOT23 package. The dual MAX4092 and quad MAX4094 come in the space-saving 8-pin µMAX and the 14-pin TSSOP packages, respectively.
