1V RAIL-TO-RAIL SOT23 OP AMP CONSUMES ONLY 9µA
SUNNYVALE, CA-February 19, 2002-Maxim Integrated Products introduces the MAX4289, a micropower op amp in a 6-pin SOT23 package. The MAX4289 is designed to operate from a 1V to 5.5V single supply and has 17kHz gain bandwidth, while consuming only 9µA. The input voltage range includes ground and the output swings Rail-to-Rail®. The MAX4289 DC specifications feature a PSRR of 75dB, an input offset voltage of 0.2mV, a large-signal voltage gain of 90dB (RL = 5kΩ), and an output current drive of ±19mA.
Other MAX4289 features include an extended temperature range (-40°C to +85°C) and very small, 3mm x 3mm, 6-pin SOT23 packaging, making this op amp ideal for single-cell applications with strict space and power budgets, including PDAs, wireless handsets, and bar-code scanners.
