USB Transceiver






These USB transceivers implement the physical level of the USB protocol. They include the 1.5kΩ USB pullup resistor internally, and support both full-speed (12Mbps) and low-speed (1.5Mbps) USB operation. They have built-in ±15kV ESD-protection circuitry to guard the USB I/O pins, D+ and D-.
