DDR Memory Power Supplies

The MAX8632 Fully Integrated DDR Power Supply provides a complete solution for DDR1, DDR2, and DDR3 power requirements.

The Quick-PWM™ control topology used on the VDDQ output provides fast transient response, reducing bulk capacitance requirements. VTT requirements are supported by a 3A sink/source linear device with integrated power switches, reducing total area and cost.

The MAX8632 allows flexible sequencing and standby power management using the SHDN-bar and STBY-bar inputs, which support all DDR operating states.
