The DS9092K iButton® Starter Kit provides basic hardware for a quick evaluation of the Dallas Semiconductor/Maxim iButton family of products, using an IBM®-compatible computer. The kit includes iButtons as well as an assortment of accessories. It also contains directions on downloading and installing demonstration software to easily communicate with iButtons and most plastic-packaged 1-Wire® devices.
All Software Developer Kits provide documentation and source code examples to aid in the development of custom iButton applications and can be downloaded for free from the iButton website. Please check our website regularly for software updates.
