Description
The DS1609 Dual Port RAM enables independent, simultaneous memory access from two buses with no or minimal processor arbitration required. Applications needing multiplexed, random access to memory benefit from the DS1609's fast read/write times and low power consumption.

  • Totally asynchronous 256-byte dual port memory for independent RAM control
  • Multiplexed address/data bus reduces pin count
  • Fast access time of 50ns at 5V
  • CMOS- and TTL-compatible
  • Operating range: -40°C to +85°C
  • Low standby current <100 nA @25°C
