Single-piece nonvolatile (NV) SRAM modules offer a simpler and more convenient method of protecting mission-critical data from unexpected or unscheduled power loss. This family of parts incorporates all the functions found in existing NV SRAM products into a standard 27mm x 27mm BGA footprint that is handled like any other IC.
