Tektronix—Uses Many Custom ICs, Plus Additional Custom Hybrids in Their TDS Series of Oscilloscopes
The Tektronix Test and Measurement Group has a long history of using Maxim's high-frequency processes. These processes are especially suited for high-speed, high-accuracy measurement applications, involving waveform capture, analysis and synthesis, plus a vast array of timing and voltage measurements.
The Tektronix TDS series of oscilloscopes illustrated below incorporated up to 13 custom ICs, as well as additional custom hybrid circuits, using Maxim IC products.
