Package Test
Maxim can provide a wide range of package test services. We can perform DC, AC, and RF testing of various complexities. Maxim engineers will work with you during your early design stages to insure proper "design for testability". We will also work with you to determine the proper test coverage, cost tradeoffs, and possible operating range.
