Test and Measurement ASICs
For more than two decades, Maxim's Bipolar and BiCMOS processes have provided a wide spectrum of capabilities suitable for precise, complex, high-frequency test and measurement applications. Several process choices are available: very high-speed NPN, complementary high-speed bipolar, and high-speed bipolar + CMOS. Each of these processes is tailored toward specific market needs.
Maxim's highly stable, thin-film nichrome resistors are available with all of the above processes. When combined with our nichrome laser-trim capabilities, these technologies can provide accurate control of gains, offsets, interface impedances, channel-to-channel matching, and many other highly accurate adjustments.
