Printed Circuit Board Identification (PCB ID) and Authentication

Factory-administered 64-bit serialization with embedded memory provides the ultimate electronic solution for PCB/product labeling and storage of product information. Programmable features like OTP mode and write protection combine with SHA-1 based secure authentication to ensure that critical data cannot be altered once it is programmed. Storage of product characteristics, PCB hardware/software revision, maintenance records, and calibration constants are examples of typical usage.

Factory preprogramming of EPROM data (UniqueWare™) and unique customization of the 64-bit ROM ID are also available options.
