Description

The MAX11168/MAX11169 are 16-bit, 500ksps/250ksps SAR ADCs that measure a true bipolar ±5V signal (10VP-P). These ADCs integrate a 5ppm/°C reference, saving the cost and space of an external reference.

Operating from a single 5V analog supply, the MAX11168/MAX11169 achieve excellent AC specifications of 93dB SINAD and -105dB THD over a ±5V input range. These ADCs communicate through an SPI-compatible serial interface at 2.5V, 3V, 3.3V, or 5V logic.
