The MAX36025 is a highly integrated, encryption-key security manager with dual encryption engines designed to address circuit requirements for the storage of sensitive data, as well as for the physical tamper-sensing-response functions used in high-end cryptographic processors and related data security equipment.

The MAX36025 authenticates the processor prior to keys being loaded into it and then performs encryption/decryption as set up by the the host processor. Data can be handled by each engine simultaneously, independently, and as a pass through.
