Senior Vice President of Administration
Chuck Rigg joined Maxim in 1996 as the Managing Director of Administration and as General Counsel. Mr. Rigg brought the Company twenty-six years of legal experience, practicing in commercial and real estate law and litigation. As Senior Vice President, Mr. Rigg has global responsibility for internal relations, security, real estate and legal activities (contracts, immigration, litigation, compliance, patents, and trademarks). He also oversees a broad range of Company administrative activities, composed of corporate events, travel, purchasing and receiving, as well as facilities and maintenance.
Mr. Rigg's extensive background in real estate has given him a pivotal role in all Company negotiations to acquire new properties. His oversight allowed Maxim to close successfully on many important properties including a business center and warehouse in Sunnyvale, the San Jose wafer fab, the business center in Hillsboro, Oregon, the manufacturing complex at San Antonio, Texas, and more recently the design center in Chandler, Arizona and fab in Irving, Texas.
Mr. Rigg holds a BA degree from Stanford University with a major in economics and minors in mathematics and history. He also holds a Juris Doctorate from UCLA. He currently serves as an officer and/or board member for most of Maxim's international subsidiaries.
