Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Bruce Kiddoo joined Maxim in September 2007 as Vice President of Finance and assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer in October 2008. He has global responsibility for the Company's finance, accounting, and information technology organizations. Prior to joining Maxim, Mr. Kiddoo held senior management positions at LSI Logic Corporation and was the Vice President and Corporate Controller at Broadcom Corporation.
Mr. Kiddoo is actively involved in the management of Maxim's balanced business model of high growth and high margin businesses. His focus on financial discipline enables Maxim's strong and stable profit margins and cash flows. He led the Company's international restructuring, creating a more efficient global tax structure. He has significantly improved controls by implementing a new ERP and establishing an internal audit function. Under his leadership, the Company has a robust acquisition process and aggressively returns cash to shareholders through dividends and stock buybacks. Highlighting Maxim's strategy, execution, and strong operating performance, Mr. Kiddoo has improved communication and credibility with shareholders.
Mr. Kiddoo holds a BS degree in Applied Science from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the College of William & Mary.
