Dallas Semiconductor developed an innovative line of microcontrollers which now includes three categories:
An innovative line of RISC microcontrollers with integrated analog capabilities, now sold as the MAXQ® family. The MAXQ core is also designed into a wide range of products throughout Maxim's other product lines.
An industry-leading family of high-security microcontrollers, which offer advanced encryption and tamper detection/protection.
Dallas Semiconductor's 8051-drop-in microcontrollers have the same code and are pin compatible with older 8051 devices, but deliver up to 33 times the performance. TINI networked microcontrollers were the first to include Ethernet and now support a variety of other networking protocols.
