It boosts 0.7 V ok, but some users need to know 0.7V is on Load of MAX756EVKIT and External Load. A High Impedance or a weak cell which has Open Circuit of 0.7 is not what is meant. I hope i am right. A Thermoelectric or Pyroelectric Low Impedance Voltage Generator of 0.7 V with Good Current can be a test example.
