Hello Mitch,
The system PCB was designed and built as a proof of concept only and is not available outside of Maxim, however, the PCB layout files are available in pdf form in this article.

Mitch, I haven't used them myself but I know there are a number of ways to make a PC board quite easily, given the layout files. There are do it yourself methods and services that do small quantity, quick-turn boards.
Search the web for "printed circuit board DIY" and you will find some DIY (do it yourself) methods. Here's a pretty good one, with a video:

I think you can use the layout files in the article with these methods.

Hello ALL,
I think that's great idea for design 2.1 Channel for my mp3 player (docking mode).
The design maybe not complicated but for system PCB (4 Layer) difficultly for DIY'er. Do you have DIY PCB design for 4 Layer PCB?

I would guess a quick-turn PCB vendor could fabricate this. But I don't know of DIY ways to build four-layer boards. Sorry!
