I have a problem.
if initialice the max7456 with signal video (pal) , dont show any data on the osd. but if the video signal is conected after the init of the max7456 , the osd work fine.
any can help me please?

What do you mean by initialize? Do you mean you are configuring the registers?
The device powers up in NTSC mode and the PLL may be getting confused with a PAL signal at initialization. Try initializing with the PAL signal, removing the signal then reapplying it and see if the PLL locks on then.
