Can someone please give me the pinout as per how it would be labeled in Figure 1.
The +5V supply is confusing me a bit.
I realize pins 2 & 4 are Gnd, and 1 & 3 are output and input respectively...no pin is labelled for Vcc???

The application note author says to use the MAX2650 instead of the MAX2611. We updated the diagram and text to match this recommendation.
