There is useful information about soldering way to mount WLCSP pckages. Nevertheless while making a prototype there is strong restrictions to get one working circuit board clearly. When doing prototype circuits I use alpha chemicals NR 215 series without having problem. we need to use this package type for efficient area in PCBs.
