Configuring Keil PK51 Tools to Support 24-Bit Contiguous Addressing Mode
Abstract:This application note explores the complexities of the Dallas Semiconductor DS80C390 and DS80C400 microcontrollers when used in applications requiring extended addressing beyond 64kB. The Keil Software C51 development tool can be configured to support the contiguous addressing mode of these microcontrollers. The application note examines customizing startup and initialization code using Keil uVision2 software.
