Abstract: This tech brief provides a cross-reference table between Dallas Semiconductor NV SRAMs and nonvolatile memories from manufacturers such as Texas Instruments and ST Microsystems. In most cases, these are drop in replacements. A careful evaluation of the datasheets by an engineer is required to determine the suitability for a particular application.
